After awaiting the delivery of the prescription glasses I purchased. It never reached although the App is reflecting that it was delivered. when I examined the narrative under the delivery message, it said, it was delivered to an Agent for final delivery on June 3, 2024. Haven't gotten any other updates since. I got in touch with the company to report it via email. They sent me three (3) possible options to resolve the issue. Without the issue being resolved, their APP said resolved. Why?
